Michael Lloyd came to my property up on Evaro hill, discussed my needs then provided a detailed estimate for the work by that afternoon. We discussed the options for the work ( types of heaters etc) and agreed to the estimate. Within two days, he had the items he needed, showed them to me before he began the work to make sure I was satisfied with my selections and timely proceeded with the work. At all times he was polite and professional. At the completion of the work he cleaned the work site and again made sure I was satisfied. I even had him do some additional work at the time for a small change in the price. I strongly recommend Michael and his company and have plans to use him again in the spring.

- Being a woman I HATE when men assume I lack knowledge and feel the need to “man-splain” the issues I’m having. Mike had normal conversations with me about what I wanted done and I felt respected.

In July 2022, we asked Mike to do a mile long list of things for us. No problem!
We had a new air conditioner and furnace installed; exterior lighting on the house and a shed; new hardwired fire, smoke and CO detectors; pot lights in the kitchen; strip LED lighting under the kitchen cabinets; 3 bath vents/fans; and a whole house surge protector and the electrical panel gone over with a fine tooth comb! I bet I'm forgetting something but Mike didn't!!!! He did an outstanding job on everything including those little extra things we came up during the whole process!!!
